Fraia, the innkeeper of the Inveterate Hog Inn in Lok-Badar is the best of the best. She knows everything about everyone, and is the one who secretly help the exiled Oathbreakers exchanging information and special goods. She is said to manage the Draknaria trade, letting the precious red gun-powder extracted under the mountain to flow out of Lok-Badar, often helping the Oathbreaker missions.
